Roof bolting rigs - rock bolters

Roof bolting rigs, also known as mining bolters, are specialized underground mining machines designed for drilling holes and installing safety bolts in the roofs and walls of underground mining excavations. In metal ore mines, securing excavations by bolting the ceiling and walls is the most popular and often the most cost-effective method for ensuring the safety of the operation.

Mine Master offers roof bolting machines capable of effectively securing various types of mining workings, both at low heights (as low as 1600 mm) and in larger excavations. In the majority of working units for bolting rigs manufactured by Mine Master, reliable and efficient rotary hydraulic drills are used.

RLP 1410

The roof bolting rig RLP 1410 is a mechanized rock bolter designed for bolting roofs and walls in ultra-low profile mines. Maximum bolt length – 1,6m depending on the height of the seam. Bolt can be longer when it is joined with threaded couplings.

Roof Master 1.7K

The Roof Master 1.7K is an underground roof bolter designed for bolting roofs and walls at minimum height of 1.9 m and max. reach up to 4,5m. The unit is designed to install both mechanical and resin bolts at the length of 1.6, 1.8 and 2.6m by a single operator.
