Production Master 2.3M

The control of the long-hole driling process in Production Master 2.3M production rig is done from the protected area: a robust canopy or closed cabin - air conditioned or with cabin fan. Remote control is also available as an option, increasing safety and comfort of the operator. Also as an option, the machine can be equipped with a Universal Interface for Trackless Mining Machines (TMM). This Mine Master's long-hole drilling machine can be widely used and connected with any Collision Avoidance Systems (CAS), full or part speed-brake interlock or facilitate crawl and stop and many other systems. This option consists of interface only connected to the machine and it increases the safety level by allowing to temporarily cut-off all functions of the booms.

The feed frame is made of steel with easily replaced, hollow stainless steel wear rails to carry the rockdrill cradle, thus improving the time of maintenance. Hydraulically operated front grip is installed to provide possibility to disconnect drill string for long-hole drilling. The feeder is prepared to work with MF speedrods.
