Face Master 2.310

The Face Master 2.310 is a 55m2 single-boom face drilling rig with Power Shift all-wheel drive. The machine incorporates a directly controlled drilling system with anti-jamming, collaring and feed control to optimise drilling parameters. The robust aluminium feeder with hollow stainless steel wear rails ensures low maintenance costs and a long working life. Four-wheel drive articulated chassis provides excellent gradeability and fast tramming. Service and emergency/parking brakes - SAHR system. Four jacks for stable positioning. FOPS/ROPS approved canopy as standard.

In response to specific customer requirements, Mine Master offers various types of monitoring systems for the Face Master 2.310 underground drills. The systems monitor the operation of the machine and provide information on its current status. They help to diagnose problems in various systems in a fast and very accurate way. The on-line connection with the machine allows fast and professional diagnosis without losing time waiting for qualified service. This contributes to increased machine availability.

Mine Master has in offer the following monitoring systems: Basic Monitoring System (BMS), Drilling Monitoring System (DMS), Feeder Guiding System (FGS), Bolt Counting System (BCS) and semi-automatic and full-automatic systems supporting the drilling and bolting process. Each of them can be upgraded by different functions according to individual requirements of our customers.
