Production Master 2.312 is a fully automatic long-hole drill rig designed for drilling production blast holes up to 43 m with a 4 ft feeder, or up to 54 m with a 5 ft feeder. The machine features a modified working system, upgraded hydraulics and an advanced automatic drilling system, retrieving rods from the magazines, drilling to programmed parameters and returning them once the target depth is reached - without operator intervention.

In fully automatic mode, the system retrieves rods from the magazines, adds them to the drill string and drills according to pre-programmed parameters. As the hole depth increases, additional rods are added automatically, while hydraulic parameters and drilling performance are continuously monitored. Once the required hole depth has been reached, the system disconnects the drill string and returns the rods to their designated positions in the magazines.
Automation improves the repeatability and accuracy of drilled holes, helps maintain the required operating parameters and reduces the number of tasks performed manually. The ergonomic operator's station, with a large touchscreen, provides intuitive operation and full control over the drilling process.
