
The FLP1410ADS is based on the FLP1410 low-profile, single-boom, self-propelled underground drill rig, with a minimum tramming height of 1.4 m and face coverage up to 8.35 m (W) x 6.0 m (H). The ADS version is equipped with the Automatic Drilling System (ADS) and Feeder Guiding System (FGS), enabling fully automatic blast hole drilling after the operator selects the drilling template for a specific face.

With the ADS, the operator selects the drilling template for a specific face and initiates the fully automatic drilling process. Once set up, the system supports continuous operation, including drilling through shift changes. The automated systems ease the burden on the operator and reduce the need for exceptionally high skill levels, while still delivering stable, predictable and high-quality outcomes — particularly valuable where challenging ground conditions or limited availability of experienced personnel could otherwise hinder productivity.
The working unit equipped with reliable drifter provides high uptime and reduces operating cost. Easy accessible service points shorten time of daily checks and scheduled repairs. The face coverage enables drilling panels of 8.35m wide, meaning no need for machine repositioning in most cases.
The ADS records operational data in real time, including penetration parameters, pressure and deviations, supporting blast planning and predictive maintenance while reducing wear of consumable parts such as drill bits by up to 30%.
