First prize of the Prime Minister Award
5 of February at the Chancellery of the Prime Minister have been given awarded prizes achievements in science and technology. We are pleased to inform you that a team under the supervision of prof. dr hab. engineer Eugeniusz Rusiński (Wrocław University of Technology, The Institutes of Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Institute of Machine Design and Operation) was awarded the first prize of the Polish Prime Minister Award for national excellence in the field of technical science.
The following representatives of Mine Master also took part in the project together with representatives of Wrocław University of Technology:
- Andrzej Czajkowski – Development Director
- Lesław Ostapów – Design Manager.
The project for the Prime Minister Award is presented exclusively by institutions concerned with scientific research. In our case the project was put forward by Wrocław University of Technology.
The subject of the awarded project was for : “Construction of prototype self-propelled mining machines type Face Master 2.5 to drill blasting holes and for a mechanical bolting installation in underground ore mine excavation”.
The Project for the Prime Minister award is for the national outstanding achievements in the afield of research & technology, which after being implemented produced visible economic or social effects for the year 2007. These projects are only put forward by scientific centers. In our case it was proposed by Wrocław University of Technology.
